hi there! my name is jaiden / jade (she/her). "drumloopjunkie" is both my online username and the name of my musical project. i am a 21 year old trans woman from ontario, canada. my favourite colour is green.
i love lots of different music, films, tv shows and art. in particular, i love twin peaks/david lynch and post-hardcore/punk music. i will probably talk about that stuff here :)
my aforementioned musical project "drumloopjunkie" was started in february of 2025. it falls undecidedly between genres like "indie rock," "indie folk," "post-hardcore," "noise rock" and "emo." i write songs about real life and the things i have experienced. my songs are probably closer to journal entries than poetry.

it is worth mentioning that i have no idea what i am doing. that is, i've coded this website in html from scratch and i am by no means a programmer or graphic designer. so expect the site to randomly be wonky sometimes if i'm working on it! also i know it looks fucked up on mobile im sorry im sorry im sorry
